Music has been in my life for more than 20 years. I want to be involved in creating music in any way I can. As a professional cellist and music teacher moving from Brazil to Utah, I would love to share the knowledge I have gained through the years.

The combination of sound and silence is everywhere. I can see it in nature, in living beings, and in machines. It prepares us to appreciate organized sounds and silences performed through instruments and musicians. Music is a universal language that can be written and spoken to express thoughts, actions, and history. It links past with future through the present. About music Victor Hugo said, "Music expresses that which cannot be said and on which it is impossible to be silent.”

To have the opportunity to teach and play involves me with the community in bringing culture, knowledge, and leisure. At the same time, is beyond special and a great chance to increase myself as a person and professional.
